If you believe your child would benefit from counseling support through the school social worker, please complete this form with any relevant information to help us understand their needs.

While submitting a referral does not guarantee immediate placement on the social worker’s caseload, every student referred will be placed on a waitlist. Support is prioritized based on the level of need, ranging from severe to mild, to ensure that those who need immediate care receive it as soon as possible.

We understand that challenges at home can sometimes make the school day more difficult for students. While you may not always be able or want to share details, please know that we are here to support your child.

If your child has had a tough night, morning, or weekend, you can use the “Handle with Care” form to let us know. This information will be shared discreetly with the appropriate counselor and teaching staff, who will handle it with care and confidentiality. No further details will be required or asked—this simply helps us understand that your child may need extra patience, support, or flexibility throughout the day.
